now planning: Period Party.

i bought a bag red balloons, to start. a good start right?

now i just need a red velvet cake, red decor, red punch (are we seeing a theme here, yet?), maybe feminist prose and live music, or good music, either way. i still need to find a promising location for the party to be thrown, unless i can use the basement at our house, i have to ask.

i think it would be fun.
nora, help me out with the preperations? i need a co-planner.
we HAVE to have this party before you leave.

Unless my parents go out of town, it can't be at my place. I think we shouldfind a place first, then people, and then the decor and cake wll fall into place.

we might be able to manage that! ill ask him! and be sure and let me know if they have out-of-towning plans. i know a couple people to invite, and they can bring a friend, so thats 5 people from my camp already. and im sure i know a couple other people to invite, i just gotta think.

I'm going out of town mid august, hopefully. And I know a few people who wouldbe down for a period party. It may be an eclectic group of friends, though, I just hope everyone gets along.
